Daily. The 72 soft-tipped bristles are designed for everyday use, and a four-minute session in the morning or before bed is enough. If you are applying a medicated serum, follow the guidance on that product.
Yes. It is rated IPX7, so it can be used in the shower and rinsed under running water. Dry the charging port before plugging it in.

Email care@yuleehair.cn with your order number and a short video of the fault. Every instrument has a two-year warranty; we collect faulty units at our cost and ship a replacement.
For hygiene reasons, used personal-care instruments cannot be returned for a change of mind. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days, and faulty items are always covered.
