The terms that apply when you order from this site.
This site is operated by YULEE, Wilmington, Delaware, Kingdom of the United States. By placing an order you accept these terms, together with our shipping & returns and warranty policies.
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including measured specifications such as wavelength, temperature range, voltage and noise level. Colour reproduction varies between screens. Where a specification is critical to your decision, confirm it with customer care before ordering.
All prices are shown in US Dollar and include sales tax. Prices may change without notice; the price shown at the time of ordering applies to that order. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider, or on delivery where cash on delivery is offered.
An order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if a pricing error is evident, or if we suspect fraud.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, we replace it at our cost.
Unused items may be returned within 30 days. Used personal-care instruments are accepted only where faulty. Every instrument carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Our products are personal-care instruments for domestic use. Use them only for the purpose described in the product guide, and keep electrical items away from water unless the product is rated waterproof. The styling iron reaches 200°C — do not leave it unattended while hot.
The YULEE name, logo, product photography and copy on this site are the property of YULEE and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for damage caused by misuse. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of the United States, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Delaware courts.
